Each one of our tensioners is designed and built to meet the specific requirements of the customer. Whether a horizontal or vertical unit, we can supply a tensioner even where machine space is limited.

Rodless Cylinder Tensioning Unit

Rodless design is beneficial when space is at a premium.
Can be supplied in single, double and triple rope configuration.
Fully flexible, can be installed horizontally, vertically and inverted as required.
Custom built framework to suit the majority of positions.
Dual tension controls available for optimum rope tensions during both feeding and running conditions.

Vertical Tensioner - Double Pass

Flexible space saving design.
Double pulley carriage assembly mounted on rodless cylinders.
Heavy duty unit featuring low maintenance construction.
Fitted with non corrosive guide pads on the carriage assemblies.
